Today is the first of March and the first day of meteorological Spring. Yes!! At last! It has felt like an exceptionally long Winter but things should start to improve now. Lighter mornings and longer days will be the norm from now on. The garden is already waking up......
Take care and stay safe and well wherever you happen to be,
Angie ❤️

Lovely hellebores.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marlene, I love the cheerful colour.
DeleteThe hellebore in your photo is a lovely colour. Yesterday here was wonderful and sunny, today rain, gloom, grey scudding clouds and a high cold wind - lovely. Let's hope Spring arrives here tomorrow, I hope Tunis better where you are? Regards Sue H
ReplyDeleteIgnore Tunis???? I didn't type that, I typed "hope it is better" !!! Sue H
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh predictive text! It often catches me out too.
DeleteYes, it's lovely and bright here today. I have had the windows open this morning to let all the lovely fresh air in :)
I woke up to sunshine streaming in above the curtains ... and realised that I had overslept and should have been up an hour earlier to set off to visit Mum!! Oh well it's been a lovely truly Spring-like day, and some of the trees on the road leading to Mum's car home actually had blossom on them. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou must have needed the sleep. I bet you awoke refreshed and full of the joys of Spring too 😊 It lovely to see the blossom bursting forth isn't it 😀
DeleteHappy 1st day of March, Angie.
ReplyDeleteThank you Bless 😊 you too
DeleteI am absolutely in support of meteorological Spring. It's my birthday in a few days and whether it rains, shines or any other weather, I'm a Spring baby. 😊
ReplyDeleteYour hellebores look stunning.
