With such dark days now upon us, both weatherwise and with the state of the world, I need a distraction otherwise I feel I will go under. I refuse to call it depression but it's hard to find joy in the day right now. As always, my crafting helps to take my mind onto safer ground and I have tried to keep up with my weekly card makes for the Hospice. On Friday I took 45 cards to the shop, including 40 Christmas ones, samples below......
This takes my total donated for this year up to 449. I might not manage the target of 500 which I set myself, but should come fairly close, hopefully.
I took a box of biscuits in for the staff and volunteers to have with their coffee too 😋

A grateful thank you goes to everyone who commented on my last post. It certainly helps me if I write everything down and kind responses make me feel that all is not lost. Thank you so much, Kirsten, for your offer of contact. I might take it up at some point in the future. It's just that I feel overwhelmed at the moment.

Thanks so much for popping in. Do stay safe and well wherever you are in this crazy world,
Angie 💗
